Restaurant Manager
Join the Team at 3rd Street Tavern with Mankato Independent Originals (MIO)
Mankato Independent Originals owns and operates Dinos Pizzeria, Number 4 American Bar & Kitchen, Tavern on the Avenue, Flask in Mankato and 3rd Street Tavern in St. Peter. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to help lead our team.
Responsible for efficient and profitable management of day-to-day operations of the restaurant and directly supervises staff members ensuring positive performance to budget and standards. Experience is a must.
Requirements
Strong Leadership, communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to effectively manage, train, supervise and grow employees
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high quality food operation and make sound decisions under pressure
Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
Desire to develop team members through appropriate coaching, training, mentoring, communicating job expectations and enforcing company policies and procedures
Must promote a positive work environment and be committed to achieving excellence in a team setting
Must be able to reach, bend, lift up to 50 pounds
Education
High School degree or GED required
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a Management position
Previous serving and/or bartending experience
Hours: Full-Time Flexible
