Title: Sales Team LeadLocation: South Dakota, Minnesota & North Dakota Work Environment: In the filed & remoteSchedule: Monday - Friday Great opportunity to work within a new and innovative delivery program supporting one of the countries largest employer! In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery program. You will work alongside a Business Development Manager and coach fellow Account Development Executives and Customer Success Managers on best practices to maximize Acquisition success. Visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the business, guide the business through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate and execute recruitment events. This role requires travel (up to two+ hours driving distance each way depending on territory), access to a reliable vehicle, and potential for occasional overnight trips (1-2 nights a month planned minimum prior week). Job Description:
Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis
Assist fellow ADE / ASM in achieving team goals
Takes the responsibility and meets the team activity and productivity targets as defined by manager
Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce
Interviewing new ADE candidates
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 3 hour driving distance)
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply
Qualify the prospective businesses and guide through application and Vetting process
Support Business Development Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community (ex: lunch and learns, townhall meetings, coffee chats)
Partner with the Business Development Manager to work with local champions such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Own team Salesforce compliance and data integrity
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
6 Months of consistent high performance in ADE or ASM role or 3-4 years in sales and/or customer service experiences
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
People management experience is a plus
Field sales is a plus
Multitasking, detail oriented, organized, resourceful and result - oriented who can assist the team with ease.
Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily
