Provide guidance, support, and accountability to all departments and leadership.
Conduct interviews, hire, onboard, train, transition, lead, and manage staff.
Hold team members accountable to world-class standards through weekly departmental meetings, 1-to-1 performance reviews, PIPs, and terminations.
Ensure team alignment and cohesion while building a strong company culture.
Execute the business plan by enhancing sales strategies, overseeing sales team performance, and developing marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Achieve P&L results by leading, managing, and holding the team accountable for agreed-upon commitments.
Remove obstacles and barriers, manage major projects, standardize and systematize work, and integrate all major functions of the business.
Collaborate with the Founder to filter and translate ideas into functional business plans.

Growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Resourcefulness and thick-skinned attitude
