Description Job Title: Entry Level Accountant (Contract to Hire)Job Type: ContractWe are seeking a detail-oriented, diligent, and organized individual as an Entry Level Accountant. Perform basic accounting duties such as record keeping, reconciling accounts, and creating reports.
Assist with computing taxes and prepare tax returns.
Assist in preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
Manage journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing.
Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts.
Participate in preparing for audits and resolving discrepancies.
Support senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Excellent mathematics skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical abilities and competence in problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of accounting software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
