Description:
Setup Cincinnati and Baykal Presses for other team members
Troubleshoot work orders and product to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Assist others in the department
Training and performance feedback
Run various jobs in the .005 - .035 tolerance range and thicknesses in .020 to .250 range
Assist engineering in calculating flat layouts
Short and long run experience (expect multiple setups)
Quality check throughout all stages of the process
Provide 1st and last pieces to quality for inspection
Additional Skills & Qualifications:3-5 years of Multi Axis and Setup experience of a break press.
