Description We are offering an opportunity for an ERP Integration Manager located in Lakeville, Minnesota, this role is focused on harmonizing various systems into a single instance and standing up new sites. This role will be hybrid. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain application and integration interface solutions Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Business Process Leads to develop software system requirements, specifications, and designs Provide technical knowledge and expertise to assist in translating business needs into technical designs, and to help Project Leads estimate and plan for project work Learn and integrate new technologies through formal and informal means Assist Senior Systems Engineers and/or Solution Architects with researching and conducting POC's with new technologies Design, develop, and document data models and architectures that represent specific business processes/solutions Showcase skills in data and process modeling and relational databases Use Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Configuration Management, Consulting, WMS Application, WMS System to perform tasks Work on full Software Development Life Cycle from requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support Demonstrate experience with backend development in Oracle or MS SQL environments, writing complex queries, creating objects, and server optimization/support.Requirements Proficient in Cisco Technologies and Cloud Technologies Extensive experience in CRM and Database management Knowledge of EO/IR systems is a must Familiarity with AB Testing Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology Solid understanding of Business Process Functions Expertise in Configuration Management Previous Consulting experience in the food and food processing industry Familiarity with WMS Application and WMS System No requirement for a specific age, nationality, or physical ability Open to candidates of all backgrounds and experiences No specific language requirement apart from professional proficiency in English No preference for full-time or part-time, contract or permanent employees No requirement for specific citizenship or work permits Not limited to recent graduates or veterans No requirement for a clean criminal record or background check.
