An established manufacturing company in the Lake Crystal area is looking for a hard-working, experienced Auto Body Painter to join their team. As an Auto Body Painter, you will be responsible for prepping, priming, and painting various types of trucks and equipment.Responsibilities:
Perform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately with limited supervision.
Mask, sand, and scuff vehicle surfaces in preparation for painting.
Mix and match paints to specification.
Prime and paint prepared surfaces to company standard.
Perform other duties as they are assigned
Requirements:
Previous auto body painting and welding experience required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; lift over 50 lbs. with assistance (2-man, forklift, overhead crane).
Ability to stand 10 hours at a time.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
What you'll get as an Auto Body Painter:
Starting Pay: $20.00-$30.00/hr. DOE
