Description Our client is looking for a bookkeeper with strong attention to detail and experience entering payments into QuickBooks. This position would be onsite with part-time, flexible hours up to 25/hours per week Your responsibilities in this role:
Entering invoices/checks/payments into QuickBooks
Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Balance accounts by reconciling entries
Maintain and balance general ledger
Maintain quality historical records by filing documents
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received and record deposits

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to meet harsh deadlines
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience working in software such as QuickBooks and ADP are a plus!
