Document cost center mapping from old to new cost centers
Map cost centers to profit centers and SAP plants
Build a mapping table to enable the restatement of spending in the Retail Ag & Distribution business
Document and Create spend hierarchies for all business in CHS
Document the allocation methodologies for all financial allocations.
Prepare the finance allocation tables for all business allocation to be executed in SAP.
Support headcount movements from old to new cost centers
Creation of upload files for all new cost centers and allocations
Validate all cost centers and hierarchies as they are imported into SAP cloud planning
