They construct roof and floor trusses, wall panels, stairs, fireplace/entertainment centers, and many other pre-fab components. Expect the work to be 25% welding/fab and 75% maintenance/PMs
Will be welding new building racking, carts, machine components
Fabricating their own welds with a hand-held grinder
Working with all mild steel
Preventative maintenance of machines (changing air hoses, and greasing prefab panel machines)
Will assist in basic facilities maintenance duties (changing light bulbs, shoveling yard, throwing away materials)
