Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Hamel, Minnesota, United States. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be working in the accounting industry, with the primary function of managing our supplier invoices, employee expense reports, and corresponding payment activities. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents using various accounting software. Review and apply sales and use tax rules. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve all problems related to invoices and supplier statements. Prepare month-end accruals and appropriate journal entries. Audit the Concur expense report and perform daily mail tasks. Audit purchase card transactions and reimbursement requests for accuracy and adherence to company policies. Provide guidance and assistance to end users as needed. Engage in and complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Utilize your skills in Account Coding, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accrual Accounting, Auditing, Automated Clearing House (ACH).
