Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Program Operations Manager in Herndon, VA.As a Program Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing program operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of programs, driving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality results. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in achieving program objectives and driving continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Program Operations Director and you will work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our programs and the overall performance of the organization. You will be responsible for managing operations plans, monitoring progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions. US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or related roles
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience in managing complex programs and driving operational efficiency
Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
