Description Summary of Position The project manager position will be required to lead the implementation team with the Director, schedule resources, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues and conflicts that arise, manage project budgets, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of project team members. Essential Functions Create complex project plans for implementations Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project Adjust project schedules and targets as needed to remain in scope and budget Perform consulting and technical support services on project implementations Perform needs analysis and ensure software and applications designed are in sync with business requirements Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected Serve as liaison between internal and external project teams Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple teams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy Develops project assignments for the team in conjunction with the Supervisors Requirements Oracle or large ERPProject Management
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
