As an ISC Operational Excellence Leader here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence within our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sustainable growth for the company. You will report directly to our ISC Executive and work out of our designated location in Golden Valley, MN (or Colorado as a secondary option). This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our supply chain operations. You will identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement best practices to drive operational excellence. Your efforts will result in improved service delivery to customers, reduced costs, optimized inventory management, and effective risk mitigation within the supply chain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with cross-functional teams to determine and prioritize business strategies Implement and improve information channels between functional groups and stakeholders Lead and coordinate improvement events Observe behaviors to create and manage key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement Develop and execute the Management Operating System to run and improve the business Collaborate with and mentor individuals in Lean behaviors and tools for sustained process success Own strategy development processes at the group/functional level Pay Range for Roles in Specific Location: The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $114,000-$142,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.
