Work together with our stakeholders to intake, assess, develop, test, and deploy new system and processes enhancements. During the Stand-up you connect with your direct colleagues and align priorities.

Scope and describe business requirements.

Test and create instructions for newly developed functionality.

Prepare and guide training rollouts.

Support hyper care of newly deployed functionality.

Govern the completeness of master data.

Execute and govern the configuration of the system.

Describe E2E flows and govern the processes.

Fluent in English

Create improvement proposals including business cases.

Work with colleagues and external partners trough on-line meetings or face to face on the TMS.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

Knowledge of transportation and freight tendering processes.

Knowledge of operational transportation flows.

Knowledge of carrier integration platforms.

TMS knowledge

Experience working in a US multinational (matrix organization) is a plus.

Experience working within the healthcare environment is beneficial.
