- • Maintain measurement equipment and tools in good working condition and report any malfunctions of defects.
- • Communicate measurement results and findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols when performing measurement tasks.
- • Assist in monitoring job cost info, work completed to date, etc.
- • Assist with quality assurance on job sites; providing photos and additional site info as necessary.
- • Ensure that jobs are closed out; gathering close out docs, warranty letters, etc.
- • Assist with claims process; photos, follow up with manufacturer and customers.
- • Monitor change orders.
- • Perform a variety of office and field tasks to gather, analyze and record data; prepare a variety of memos, letters, and other correspondence related to projects.
- • Document discrepancies between plans and actual field condition.
- • Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
