[Otter Tail Power Company has an opening for a Journeyman or Well-Qualified Apprentice Electrician located in Fergus Falls, MN.[You'll assemble and erect high voltage steel substations and all associated electrical equipment, such as transformers, circuit breakers, motor mechanisms, instrument transformers, switches, and capacitors and perform other tasks as assigned. Must be able to understand wiring schematics and other prints used during fabrication and wiring of relay panels and other electrical apparatus. You'll be required to work from ladders and hydraulic basket trucks at various heights. Work may be indoors or outdoors, winter and summer, and will require travel to all parts of the Otter Tail Power Company system.
