This includes facilitating, updating, uploading, and coordinating property documents, as well as facility claims investigations.This position has direct contact with incarcerated individuals.Work Hours: This is a part-time position. The specific days and hours of work will be determined at the time of appointment based on department business needs and applicant availability. This position is anticipated to work 20 hours per week.Minimum QualificationsTo be qualified for and considered for this position, applicants must meet all of the minimum qualifications listed below. Customer serviceskills sufficient toprovide prompt,courteous andaccurateinformation toindividuals andstaffonthephone, through email and other written correspondence.

Englishlanguage skills(reading, writingandspeaking) sufficient toread,explain andinterpret avariety ofdocuments, policies and procedures, and compose and edit correspondence and reports using proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Skillindataentryperformance sufficient toupdate Department ofCorrections (DOC) specific databases andMicrosoft SharePoint.

Typing/keyboardingskillssufficient totypecorrespondence,documents andforms intotheproper format with speedand accuracy.

Preferred QualificationsThe following qualifications are strongly desired of applicants seeking consideration for this position:

Associate's degree or higher.

Experience working in a correctional setting.

Warehouse experience including ordering/receiving, customer service, and inventory duties.
