Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Payroll Analyst in Edina, Minnesota. In this role, you will primarily be focusing on payroll functions for both US and Canadian employees. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be handling payroll processing, tax withholdings, and time-reporting across multiple states.Responsibilities: Processing bi-weekly payroll for both US and Canadian employees on the ADP platform Handling full-cycle payroll responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Managing payroll for over 500 employees, including tax withholding and multi-state payroll Utilizing ADP Workforce Now and other payroll software for payroll management Overseeing time-reporting, particularly from a vantage point Addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees Working with payroll tax reporting and payroll tax returns Continually updating and maintaining accurate payroll records Collaborating with team members to improve payroll processes Reconciling payroll data as necessary.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of three years of experience in a payroll analyst role or similar position Proficient in ADP Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ADP Payroll Experience with full cycle payroll, including multi-state payroll Capacity to manage payroll for over 500 employees Strong understanding of payroll management principles and payroll software Experience with payroll tax reporting and completing payroll tax returns Ability to process bi-weekly payroll and reconcile payroll records Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
