Growing together.If you are located in Eden Prairie, MN, you will have the flexibility to work from home and in the office in this hybrid role as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Set, operate, strike audio, video, lighting, graphics and encoding equipment for webcasts at locations including company HQ, other office locations or other venues such as hotels and convention centers

Take a consultative role with our webcast requestors to define their event goals and vision and help them deliver on their communications goals

Perform duties as Engineer-in-charge (EIC) on events as assigned; coordinating all aspects of event including equipment delivery, crewing, directing other crew members during setup, operation and strike at event locations

Assist webcast team as needed with strategic initiatives, equipment maintenance, logistics as directed

5+ years of AV technician/engineer experience in large corporate and/or broadcast settings

3+ years of experience with digital audio mixers from makers like Allen & Heath, Yamaha, Midas etc.

3+ years of experience configuring and operating high-end production video switchers from makers like Ross, Grass Valley, Barco and Christie

3+ years of experience configuring and monitoring performance of Haivision enterprise video encoders

2+ years of experience producing hybrid events in a corporate setting. Hybrid events being events with in-person and virtual audiences and presenters

2+ years of experience in a crew lead, TD or EIC position, leading hired crews on events

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency as a visual storyteller; proven track record assisting non-technical creatives achieve their communications goals

Familiarity with Dante audio-over-IP protocol

Working knowledge of IP networks as well as common protocols involved with video encoding and delivery - RTMP, SRT, SIP, NDI

Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must for this role, as this individual will interface with leaders at all levels of the Company

Elevated proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite - especially video tools (Premiere, AfterEffects)

Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk long distances, lift up to 50lbs
