Growing together.The Senior Capability Analyst will support applications which are part of key strategic asset, Backend Platform Standardization (BEST), which is a multimillion-dollar application suite supporting dispensing of medications for OptumRxYou’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
Act as a product liaison for new product releases - work with business partners on validation contacts, best implementation times, post validations updates
Perform user acceptance testing - access to test and/or stage system for testing as needed
Conduct testing and communicate results of testing to stakeholders
Coordinating production incidents and high severity issues -work with stakeholders on process for opening incident tickets and how they are assigned
Process/project management - work with team to help coordinate best practices and timelines for implementations
Building/enhancing applications to drive efficiencies for the support team - work with stakeholders to find new process/procedures for application
Communicate updates/issues to broad user groups - use email or meetings to provide updates to current issues and give updates on upcoming implementations for product
High level of experience in Excel, PowerPoint
Create and deliver test results presentations
Report, prioritize and track all defects to resolution - use of Rally and vendor ticketing system to resolve any defects in system
Experience in Rally and Aha - use Rally and Aha as documentation tools
Address business needs/requests - use suggestions and feedback from stakeholders to prioritize and update need/requests
Develop and maintain working relationships with individuals across a variety of functional areas
Facilitate or assist with group meetings, provide agendas and follow up with meeting minutes - schedule meetings, prepare agenda’s, take notes, on meetings with stakeholders and relevant parties
Responsible for Product Road mapping and managing scrum teams

3+ years of experience as a data analyst or business analyst
3+ years of end-to-end project experience
2+ years of experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
2+ years of experience working with pharmacy operations and systems
2+ years of experience with defect triaging and providing solutions and strategies
2+ years of specific experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts
2 + years of experience with Agile methodology
1+ years of experience with SQL
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
Product Owner certification
Health care industry experience
Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems
Experience managing break fixes and enhancements to fix urgent production issues
Experience working with outside vendors
Experience working with shipping partners, couriers, etc.
Familiarity with configuration management
