Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and annual wages ranging from $60,000 - $81,000 Annually. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
We are looking for a Property Manager to join our senior cooperative management team in Eden Prairie, MN! This position manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the homeowner association including, site staff supervision, board relations, committee support, financial oversite, member/owner relations, marketing and sales of community and units and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and residents. The schedule for this position includes;
80 hours every two weeks
Full time, day shifts: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
No weekends!

Provides leadership and supervision to staff
Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction
Develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records
Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary
Understands the association governance and the sale process
Performs other duties as assigned and directed
Required:
Real Estate Licensure - required to obtain within 48 months of hire date
three to five years of previous experience
Solid understanding of basic Microsoft applications
Ability to interact effectively with older adults
Preferred:
Associate's degree
five to ten years of previous experience
