Pharmacy Client Services Representative

Description:The Pharmacy Services Technician will be the client-facing representative for servicing clients by providing a providing a high level of customer service. This includes troubleshooting issues over the phone, weekly routine maintenance on dispensing equipment, restocking automated dispensing units, and documentation of all service events, activities, and on-site training activities.

They set their own schedule for 40 hours per week. They own the management of their clients in a sense where they are the only person that services them.

This position has an opportunity to grow into a Lead PST in which they would be the local escalation point for Minnesota/Wisconsin/Iowa PSTs and comes with other added responsibilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must haves: Driver's license

Willingness to become a registered pharmacy technician

Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

Preferred:

3+ months of pharmacy experience in a retail (CVS, Walgreens, etc.) or LTC (order entry/triage side) setting
