Growing together.Optum Advisory Service team is seeking an experienced consultant to assist in the development of multi-source data in the cloud environment used for regulatory reporting.This position may be hybrid with Telecommuting and commute to Eden Prairie or NYC office as required.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Key contributor in the development, testing, and quality analysis to support regulatory reporting

Perform quantitative analysis on healthcare membership and claims data

Design, support, and enhance comprehensive data sourcing, standardization, and validation programs

Maintain and improve robust quality assurance process to ensure accuracy

Design and support ad-hoc analytics where needed

Collaborate and communicate effectively with our broader teams

2+ years of data analysis and business intelligence experience

2+ years of experience in Azure cloud engineering (Databricks or Snowflake)

2+ years of experience developing in SAS, SQL, and Python

2+ years of experience working with healthcare administration data

Expertise in large file transfers and/or manipulations

Expertise in handling various file formats (sas, csv, xls, delimited text files)

Ability to commute 2x week to office location: Eden Prairie (hybrid)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with UHC and/or Optum source systems and data warehouses

Understand components for quality measures, trend analytics and key metrics for quantitative results

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually.
