Description We are looking for a Clinical Licensure Coordinator based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role functions in the healthcare and insurance industry and involves administrative tasks to support clinical operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling clinician demographics, preparing license applications, and conducting quality assurance checks. This role also includes a significant amount of communication with clinicians to resolve any inconsistencies or missing information.Responsibilities: Review and approve clinician demographics entered into the user interface for importing Populate and print new license applications Communicate in a timely manner with clinicians regarding missing information or inconsistencies Prepare applications mailings and complete full quality assurance review of clinician applications returned to the department Obtain license payment funding on behalf of the clinician and submit application including payment and other required supporting documents Follow-up on outstanding applications submitted to State board and monitor aging reports, taking appropriate action with State board and/or clinician Perform online payment requests and manual check payment requests Perform primary source verification by accessing individual State board websites Support special accreditation applications such as URAQ and JCAHO Onboard clinicians into clinical licensure systems Work independently and may act as a resource for others Coordinate others' activities as necessary Meet business demands and deadlines in a frequently changing environment. Requirements Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar position Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer queries effectively Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in reporting and documenting procedures Experience in payment processing and auditing Ability to review and maintain quality of work Familiarity with database management Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures Proficiency in utilizing software like 'About Time' for time management Experience in providing workstation support Strong phone presence and call handling skills Leadership skills and ability to manage a team Proficient in managing and updating websites Familiarity with clinical trial operations would be an added advantage Experience in working with C-Suite executives Knowledge of quality assurance procedures Ability to perform cost analysis Experience in handling missing invoices Basic understanding of 'R Code' for statistical computing Comfortable in working onsite as well as offshore Knowledge of health care industry standards and practices Familiarity with User Interface (UI) design principles.
