Description Job Posting: Cash Application SpecialistPosition Overview:We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to support a critical project involving data migration and cleanup. As part of a broader organizational effort, a backlog of historical receipts (records dating back to 2012) must be researched, resolved, and processed for reimbursement before data integration into ERP systems.In this role, you will work within multiple platforms, including SAP and Oracle, to organize and rectify these receipts. This high-impact project involves pulling data, submitting refund requests, and performing database cleanup to ensure accuracy and completeness.Key Responsibilities:
Research and resolve backlogged receipts
Identify and recover reimbursements using SAP and Oracle systems
Submit refund requests and document issue resolutions
Maintain a steady and productive pace while managing repetitive tasks
Collaborate with team members and seek clarification when needed
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Familiarity with SAP or Oracle (preferred but not required—training provided for motivated learners)
Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks
Interest in research, process improvement, and problem-solving
Effective communication skills and a willingness to ask questions for clarity
Ability to manage workload independently while adhering to deadlines
