As a Networking Technician, you will be responsible for testing networking equipment such as switches, routers, power supplies, and network cards. The position requires an ability to multi-task with competing priorities and work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment. This is a very hands on role.
FT/Direct-Hire position in Eagan, MN. Key Responsibilities:-Test components such as switches, routers, WAP, network cards, power supplies, processors, etc.-Configure Cisco devices to customer specifications-Inspect and annotate all functional and physical defects of products-Help sales representatives with quotes-Troubleshoot Cisco IOS issues-Install Operating Systems as needed-Other duties as assignedKey Qualifications:-Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or applicable field (relevant work experience)-Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA Router and Switch) certification required-Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA Voice) certification preferred-Minimum of 2 years experience testing Cisco equipment-Impeccable attention to detail and qualityWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
