Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a QA Test Analyst . As a QA Test Analyst V, your key role will be to create and implement software test plans to identify software issues and their root causes. You will also be tasked with the development of test scripts and monitoring software documentation for technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Responsibilities: Develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes Manage the development of test scripts as part of your responsibilities Evaluate and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures Oversee testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability Monitor software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, and mitigate risks Assign software developers to investigate and resolve software defects Participate in product design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential issues Schedule and strategize tests in line with project scope or delivery dates.Requirements Strong customer service skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation Understanding and adherence to procedures and compliance guidelines Familiarity with planning processes and their implementation Ability to review and evaluate software products and systems Proficiency in database design and management Familiarity with time management software "About Time" Experience in overseeing production progress Background in engineering, with a focus on software development Proficiency in JavaScript and other programming languages Ability to execute test plans and mitigate potential risks Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration Proficiency in Linux operating systems Degree in computer sciences or equivalent field Understanding of basic principles of computer hardware Ability to create technical drawings and diagrams Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation Experience with data processing and analysis Ability to create and implement a test plan.
