Medical Records Clerk

Description We are looking for a diligent Medical Records Clerk to join our team in the Non-Profit industry based in Eagan, Minnesota. The role primarily involves ensuring the accurate and efficient management and retrieval of medical records, while maintaining strict confidentiality. The role demands a strong understanding of computer proficiency and a high level of data entry skills. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain medical records in an organized manner Retrieve medical records as and when required Uphold confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical protocols related to patient information Exhibit strong comprehension skills to understand and interpret medical records Show proficiency in using computer systems and software such as Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, MEDITECH, and Microsoft Excel Generate charts and graphs for medical data visualization Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations related to clinical trial operations Enter accurate data in the system, ensuring no errors in the records.Requirements Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to create Charts and Graphs Understanding of Compliance standards in medical records management Strong commitment to maintaining Confidentiality of medical records Efficient Data Entry skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in medical administration is a plus.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
