Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative II in Eagan, Minnesota. This role is integral to our team, where you will be interacting with customers to provide information, handle and resolve inquiries about our products and services. Responsibilities: Address and resolve customer service or billing complaints, which may involve activities such as merchandise exchanges, refunding money, and adjusting bills. Engage with customers to answer inquiries and inform them about claim investigation results and planned adjustments. Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, capturing details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Direct unresolved customer grievances to the designated departments for further investigation. Utilize computer applications like Microsoft Word and PowerPoint in the execution of your duties. Independently manage your time and tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills in all interactions. Leverage your customer service skills to accurately document and record customer/client information. Utilize your experience in customer service, billing, merchandising, claim administration, adjustments, and complaints to provide exceptional service to our customers. Requirements Proven experience in Customer Service is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is necessary. Knowledge of 'About Time' software is beneficial. Experience in Billing processes is essential. Familiarity with Merchandising tasks is advantageous. Skill in Claim Administration is required. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is desired. Ability to make Adjustments in a dynamic environment is essential. Experience in handling Complaints is necessary. Strong Interpersonal Skills are required. Excellent Written Communication is essential. Ability to Resolve Customer Complaints promptly and efficiently is required. Proficiency in various Computer Programs is necessary.
