Job Title: Bindery OperatorJob DescriptionPosition: Bindery Operator (Direct Placement)

Responsible for performing set-up tasks, monitoring the equipment and troubleshooting

1st Shift Hours: 6:00AM-2:20PM (Monday-Friday)2nd Shift Hours: 2:30PM-10:30PM (Monday-Friday)3rd Shift Hours: 10:30PM-6:30AM (Sunday-Thursday)

Occasional overtime on all three shifts up to 4 hours per day

Pay Range: $22-$28/HR (DOE)Job Duties:Reviewing job specifications for material and set-up requirementsMonitoring the equipment and product quality; obtaining maintenance support for equipment as neededPerforming simple to moderately complex trouble-shooting related to product or equipmentMay use computer-based workflows applications to manage filesAccurately documenting activities on Tier Boards and in relevant systems (MII, SAP), i.e., material usage, equipment issues, etcMay perform feeding, catching off, stacking, bundling or physical inventory cycle count activitiesQualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience working with production machinery

Basic Math & Reading & Computer skills

$2,500 in bonuses after 3 months

Shift premium of 2nd shift:

$4.00 per hour, bonus plan
