Analyst/Developer - Specialty V

Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Develop new software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Review and approve modifications to existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance. Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration. Provide counsel to customers about software system design and maintenance. Supervise the work of programmers, engineers, and other technical personnel. Develop and direct software system testing, validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Review and approve the design and development of software systems. Maintain expert knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software. Develop proficiency in niche computer software such as Oracle. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service Experience in Documentation and Reporting Proven ability in Training and implementing Procedures Ability to Review, Design, and Supervise processes Knowledge of 'About Time' software and Workstation Support Strong Leadership Skills with experience in Production management Familiarity with Security principles in a business setting Engineering skills and Optimization techniques Proficiency in Oracle and Programming Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to provide Counsel Degree in Computer Sciences or related field Understanding of business Principles and Computer Hardware Skills in Drawing and creating Validation Plans Excellent Written Communication skills.
