Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant III remotely. The role will primarily focus on providing high-level administrative support within our team. This involves conducting research, handling information requests, and executing clerical functions. The industry this role falls under is office work and the workplace is a professional office environment.Responsibilities: Conduct research to support administrative tasks and requests. Handle and respond to various information requests from different departments. Perform clerical functions such as photocopying, scanning documents, and basic bookkeeping. Maintain record management systems and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Prepare various documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports as needed. Analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. Provide support and constructive performance feedback to other team members. Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to perform tasks efficiently.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Proficient in 'About Time' software Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clientele, including C-suite executives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage office functions and clerical duties Experience with basic bookkeeping and preparing financial statements is a plus Skilled in planning, organizing, and conducting research Ability to prepare invoices and agendas Proficient in using various computer programs and providing workstation support Experience in records management and submission procedures Ability to perform photocopying and scanning documents Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Able to demonstrate conductivity in a professional setting.
