Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with expertise in various systems including diesel engines, powertrain, and electrical systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring they are safe and reliable for our customers.
Duties:
Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Conduct repairs on gas engines and automotive electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Maintain and repair powertrain components, including transmissions and differentials.
Execute auto body repair tasks as needed to restore vehicles to their original condition.
Align wheels and perform suspension work to enhance vehicle handling and safety.
Utilize power tools effectively for various repair tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
Stay updated on advancements in automotive technology, including Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS).
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive repair with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics.
Proficiency in diesel engine repair and automotive electrical systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in the automotive repair industry.
Knowledge of ADAS technology is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
