WHAT WE OFFER.
$40 - $45 per hour starting pay; negotiable.
Discretionary performance bonus based on your contributions.

Clothing & Tool Allowance: Earn a $1 per hour credit toward a clothing and tool account, up to $40 per week, to help you stay equipped with the gear you need.
Full-time, Monday–Friday position generally working from 8am–4pm. Flexibility required for emergency repair callouts which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
Relocation assistance, if needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
Lead and mentor – Guide apprentice electricians, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Keep systems running smoothly – Perform Preventive Maintenance inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
Hands-on electrical work – Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in both commercial and residential settings.
Solve complex problems – Troubleshoot and repair high-voltage equipment, logic controllers, and low-voltage wiring.
Work on new builds & renovations – Use power tools to complete electrical projects for new construction and remodeling.
Communicate with clients – Build relationships and offer Preventive Maintenance solutions to meet their needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Licensed Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician (or equivalent certification).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
Experience with high-voltage equipment and logic controllers is a plus.
Commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork.
A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
Valid driver's license required.
Willingness to be available for emergency call-outs if needed.
