Looking for a dependable employee to assist with maintenance and grounds at large apartment complex.
Full-time or part-time, depending on applicant's schedule. Industry competitive pay.
You will work closely with our long-time Head of Maintenance and Property Manager. Will work closely with other employees, but we value the ability to work without supervision. Duties vary by the day, but include all facets of interior and exterior building maintenance, remodeling, lawn care, and snow removal. We value previous experience, but we will train the right candidate for this position.
