Richmond Oakes is a local inspection company that provides services for banks and insurance carriers. We are looking for new inspectors to cover the Duluth/Superior, Ashland, and Spooner areas. The ideal candidate would live somewhere east of Superior.

Job is very simple, but there are a lot of details that need to be memorized. Average inspection takes less than 5 minutes. Banks send out inspections for various reasons. Foreclosures, insurance claims, building permits, etc Despite the reason our job is virtually the same for each inspection. We knock on the door, determine if the property is occupied or vacant, fill out a short form, and take supporting photos. We also do inspections for insurance companies. The forms and pictures are all done within an app. No take home work everything is done in the field.
You must be comfortable knocking on doors and talking to strangers.
Pay is per inspection. This area would be part time, working 2-3 days a week making $2,000 - $3,000 per month.
This is a 1099, independent contractor, position. Must be over 18. Must pass a background check.
