Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and customer-oriented Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufactured home community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community building, excellent communication skills, and experience in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage day-to-day operations of the community, including resident relations, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

-Enforce community rules and regulations, ensuring the safety and security of all residents.

-Respond promptly to resident inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing excellent customer service.

-Conduct property inspections to ensure the community is well-maintained and identify any necessary repairs.

-Coordinate the leasing process, including showing available homes, processing applications, and managing lease agreements.

-Oversee rent collections and assist with any payment issues or disputes.

-Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that the community remains clean and well-maintained.

-Plan and execute community events to promote resident engagement and foster a sense of belonging.

-Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, budget management, and reporting.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in property management, preferably in a manufactured home community or similar setting is preferred.

-Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

-Ability to work independently and take initiative.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Proficient in basic computer software
