1. Multi-pass, wire-feed welding using .045-1/16 solid wire and 3/32 flux core.
2. This individual must possess a keen sense of attention to detail, unsurpassed quality initiatives, and concern for a world class levels of productivity and on time delivery.
3. Ability to work safely and productively in a heavy manufacturing environment.
4. Must possess the ability to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, torches, hand, and air tools.
5. Must be able to read/interpret Mfg. blueprints & execute with the highest quality and efficiency the processes they represent.
6. Must be capable of handling 50 lb. to in excess of 5000 lb. components with the assistance of hand trucks, forklift, chains, straps, and hoists/cranes up to 10 ton capacity.
7. Must be experienced in safe rigging with use of chains, straps, plate clamps & magnets
8. This individual must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
9. Must pass an internal written, blueprint reading and functional welding test during the interview process.
10. Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements in an environment where there will be extended periods of time standing, bending, crouching, kneeling, and twisting.
