As an Independent Mortgage Field Inspector, you’ll be conducting exterior occupancy checks , along with providing property condition photos, door card delivery and interior inspections on vacant, properties. You will also be setting appointments for Insurance Loss Inspections .
Applicant Requirements: Must have regular, daylight availability as Inspections must be completed during daylight hours. Enjoy a lot of driving . Applicants will also need: an updated Android or IOS Apple phone, Computer, Printer, High Speed Internet, GPS, and a Volt Stick/Voltage Tester ,and an extra long selfie stick ( can purchase after onboarded ).The successful candidate will have access to dependable, fuel-efficient transportation and the ability to work independently, utilizing strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass an industry standard background check. This is a 1099, contract opportunity.
