Maintenance Technician

Part time maintenance position open at small apartment building in Superior. Must have own tools, valid driver license and auto insurance. Seeking experienced person in plumbing, general maintenance, painting, grounds, janitorial, snow removal and carpentry. Would be responsible for unit turnovers, resident maintenance, common area cleaning and maintenance, and grounds. Must be good with people, self-disciplined and must be very detailed oriented.
