Summary
-Looking for a self-motivated and reliable individuals to join our team
-Winter job operations include shoveling, running snow blowers and salt spreaders
-Summer job operations include using lawn mowers, leaf blowers, weed whips, and other common tools
-Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available
-We service the Duluth/Superior region
Requirements and Qualifications
-Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and able to pass DOT physical
-Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds, bend, lift, stand for extended periods, and have appropriate attire to work in cold elements
-Any prior experience in snow removal would be helpful, but not required
-Any construction/carpentry skills would be helpful as well, also not required
-Conduct yourself in a professional manner
Perks
-Position pays $18-30 based on experience, availability, and ability to drive company vehicles.
-Seasonal snow bonus paid out May 1st.
-IRA Retirement Account, 3% company match to long-term employees.
