Position Duties Include:
Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence. There really is no place like home! You'll be helping families in your community stay in their homes.
Provide Direct Support to individuals served this includes supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and making sure their home is clean and safe.
Building relationships with individuals and reporting any concerns to the Designated Coordinator.
Supporting community engagement by attending community events, etc.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants need reliable transportation and are comfortable visiting clients in their home. Willing to provide transportation if necessary, must hold valid DL and current insurance.
