Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the kitchen team with professionalism and collaboration
Craft menus that balance our historic lodge favorites with innovative seasonal offerings
Oversee food preparation, consistency, quality, and presentation
Manage ordering, inventory, and food costs effectively
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Ability to inspire, mentor, and build a cohesive team
Strong understanding of both classic Midwestern fare and creative culinary trends
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
