Job Description:Responsibilities include providing second level support for work queues and denials (may approve/ deny), quality review of data, and reviews work flow management to help improve department efficiencies. Will serve as a resource by being a first level of support to staff, resolving concerns/ issues, and training new hires; working through onboarding checklists. Generates reports and audit activities and vendor payor activities. Will identify trends and investigate discrepancies, providing resolution when needed.
