ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a part-time, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our Duluth team. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, including product assembly, packaging, and shipping, while also helping maintain a clean, organized workspace. Your work is essential in ensuring our customers receive top-quality products on time. Bonus Opportunity: If you're creative and enjoy social media, there's an opportunity to assist with content creation for our Instagram and other platforms. This is not a requirement, but if you have experience with photography, video, or social media, we'd love to hear about it!
Job Type: Part-time, 25 hours/week
Hours: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
Work Location: Duluth, MN
Start Date: May 1st, 2025
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage time effectively to ensure all orders are packed and processed for daily pickup.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Use online platforms for order processing, shipping and tracking.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management to maintain workflow.
QUALIFICATIONS
No prior experience required but applicants with previous experience in product assembly, and order fulfillment preferred. Thorough training provided for our unique products and fulfillment processes.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and high standards.
Familiarity with basic computer skills for processing orders and inventory management.
Physical Requirements: Able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently reach with hands and arms, twist, bend, stoop, squat, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
