Description:An individual will oversee the life cycle and implementation of chemical feed equipment. This includes install, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Various samples will be taken during processes and one will conduct laboratory testing, reporting results daily, and ensure proper inventory levels. This role directly collaborates with the sales force by helping to discover customer needs and maintain account relationship. A technical sales assistant is a good way to look at it. - Installation of new equipment according to specs and safety guidelines - Frequent inspection and maintenance to ID & remedy potential issues to prevent equipment failure - Daily chemical analysis and reporting of variables throughout processing: pH, conductivity, and other qualitative & quantitative analysis - Repair of equipment and its components when necessary - Frequent monitoring and adjustment of chemical levels and applications - Precise and accurate documentation on inspections, repair, and replacement of equipment - Regular reports on equipment status - Interact regularly with customers seeking to understand their needs & concerns - One will communicate repair procedures and provide optimization recommendations for equipment to customers - Maintain high levels of safety standards at al times including HAZMAT - Train end-users on proper implementation and maintenance of equipment, will document customer training - Maintain & Manage chemical and equipment inventory - Continual education on technology and industry standards, will attend training sessionsSkills:Mechanical, chemistry, pH, Acid Base Chemistry, Conductivity, chemical handling, chemical inventory, chemical testing, water treatment, water testingTop Skills Details:Mechanical,chemistryAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Mechanical Electrical Electronic Laboratory equipment Problem solving and critical thinking Communication Customer service Independent work Teamwork Valid Driver's license and reliable transportationExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
