Cash Application Specialist

Description We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist in Duluth, Georgia. In this role, you will be involved in the reconciliation of account receivables, handling collection management processes, and rectifying payment issues. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment.Responsibilities: Accurately handle and reconcile account receivables and remittances Generate and dispatch invoices as and when required Conduct periodic audits of the general ledger and company financial documents Ensure accurate tracking of financial information by creating regular reports Address and resolve payment issues such as double payments and other discrepancies Engage in collection management processes and maintain accounts receivable customer files and records Perform billing, collection, and reporting activities in line with specific deadlines Assist with tasks related to month-end closing Uphold client customer confidentiality Undertake other duties as assigned and requested by managementRequirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential Familiarity with CyberSource is required Proficiency in Data Processing tasks Knowledge of Epic Software and Epic System is desirable Experience with Accounting Functions is necessary Must have a good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations Experience in Billing Functions is required Must be able to manage Cash Activity effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
