Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is looking for an automated QA tester to join their existing core product team while their current full time employees are working on a new initiative and project . This individual will be responsible for the manual and automation testing of their application and network devices. The individual will also serve as technical support by documenting, testing, and configuring devices as well as working with customers and processing requests on reported issues. 5+ years of testing experience, both manual and automated

 - 5+ years of automated QA experience automating devices

 - Experience documenting, testing, and automating devices

 - Experience configuring devices

 - Experience documenting issues, processing requests, and working with customers/external stakeholders

 - Industrial/printer experience

   Working with IP addresses and/or investigating industrial equipment/printers

 - Good communication

   "Get-and-go" attitude - Test Rigor experience null
