DescriptionThe AD, Talent Acquisition Lead role has oversight and people and performance management and on-going development of Recruiters based on function and or business area. This includes managing recruiter execution, performance, goals, objectives, business reviews with leadership and all day to day recruiting efforts for their business areas of focus. Additionally, this role will give guidance to GBS Talent Acquisition Coordinator(s) in Manila. This role has oversight and responsibility for all recruitment activities within their assigned business unit(s) ensuring that all work is performed compliantly and in line with all government guidelines (OFCCP, Department of Labor, etc). Designs, delivers and oversees the customized recruitment strategies (in some cases confidential), as well as, the implementation plans and overall execution for his/her business unit. Empower team to focus on the candidate experience while adhering to our Talent Acquisition processes. Lead by example and offer guidance, tools and resources.

Consistently works with internal business partners to develop hiring projections and proactive recruiting strategies to ensure each staffing function met their business’ needs. Partners with hiring managers, senior leadership and Human Resources Business Partners to establish sourcing & recruiting strategies to create and foster strong & diverse active and passive candidate pipelines.

Oversees Recruiters and any external recruitment Agencies [contingent + retained]) execution of the recruitment strategy established for each opening.

Provides direct management, coaching, development & oversight of Recruiting team of Recruiters and GBS Talent Acquisition Coordinators. Continuously motivates and monitors performance of team. Indirectly manage any assigned RPO project resources as needed and applicable.

Conducts recruiting for the most strategic openings in client group/business unit, partnering closely with Senior Leaders and HR Business Partners.

Develops a sourcing strategy for these openings with the Hiring Manager and Human Resources Business Partner, identify candidates & present a diverse slate to the Hiring Manager for interview / assessment.

Anticipates Talent Acquisition Trends for the business unit they support. Identifies current or future talent shortages/talent trends/new ways to identify external talent for the business unit. Supports Talent Acquisition external networking efforts for the business unit(s), with particular focus on Diversity and long term talent needs.

Responsible for preparing & presenting individual departmental recruiting metrics and scorecard data on and annual basis to solicit feedback on Talent Acquisition delivery performance. Identify gaps to be addressed as well as the solutions and implement for the business unit. Participates in talent reviews and workforce planning discussions with their Human Resources business partners and/or the business in order to identify talent gaps and/or future pipelining needs.

Must ensure that all recruitment in business areas supported is performed compliantly within OFCCP and Department of Labor guidelines.

Requirements

BS/BA degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field.

Eight or more (8+) years of broad recruiting and/or Human Resources experience.

Prior experience leading teams of recruiting employees with a demonstrated knowledge of successful end - to - end recruitment experience.

Expertise in leading a recruiting/staffing service/function/client group strongly preferred.

Experience interacting with and influencing senior leaders.

Ability to maintain confidentiality given exposure to proposed structural changes as well as talent management outcomes and gaps that will need to be addressed.

Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, develop and discuss potential solutions and recommendations.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making skills

Consultative approach toward clients with proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships

Demonstrated experience in recruiting for leadership level positions, inclusive of managing confidential searches

Demonstrated knowledge of co-employment practices as well as OFCCP and EEO regulations

Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo knowledge preferred

Strong leadership ability and business acumen required.

Ability to travel (overnight trips, 15%)

Eligibility Requirements :
